Ren is deeply entrenched in the pursuit of a PhD in Clean Combustion, dedicating his research to the forefront of environmental innovation with a focus on developing e-fuels.

His work aims at revolutionizing the future of locomotion, ensuring sustainability and reducing the carbon footprint, reflecting a profound commitment to combating climate change through scientific ingenuity.

MUSICAL approach

Musically, Ren's talents shine as brightly as his academic endeavors. As a singer/songwriter, he has fronted several rock bands of high repute, bringing to the stage over 14 years of experience in live performances.

Ren is also a seasoned victor in several battle of the bands competitions across the country. His international acclaim is highlighted by performances at prestigious festivals including Corefest 2019 (UK), Shoreham Music Festival (UK) 2019, Worthing Music Festival 2019 (UK), and the Community Music Festival (KSA) 2022, showcasing his global appeal and versatility as an artist.

His achievements are further underscored by the accolades he has received, including a coveted best band award in 2015 with his then band, marking a significant milestone in his musical career.
